As a result of the significant disparities in food composition and dining customs between Europe/Australia and Asia, the consumption of beef and goat meat is markedly less prevalent in most China’s provinces. In response to the demand for slaughterhouse workers from Australia and Ireland, we have collaborated with several esteemed beef and goat meat producers in inner-China provinces to recruit skilled slaughterers, boners, meat packaging people and meat industrial (equipment and premises) hygienic workers for multinational corporations and international meat brands.

How do we recruit?

As a standard procedure, we must thoroughly comprehend the employers’ products, employment terms and conditions, welfare packages, and other pertinent details prior to initiating our candidate sourcing, CV screening, and skill assessments. We strongly encourage employers to conduct on-site testing in China whenever feasible. For Australia market, we will arrange MINTRAC assessors (neither from direct employer or our connections) to assess the candidates.

We will provide comprehensive documentation for the Nomination (Australia) or work permit application (EU countries) and assist candidates in preparing for the visa application , if applicable.
