As the major international recruitment agency in China, we have great name in construction recruitment industry  since 1994, having excellent record in supplying bricklayer, tiler, plasterer, concrete worker, frame worker, carpenter, iron bar worker, drywall installer, painter and welder, etc.  

All the high-end market for Chinese construction workers, we have played the dominant role and conquered Australia, Ireland and Israel market in open market as part of the proven examples.

 

History

The great reputation in both China and aboard ( Singapore, Australia and West Euro) have been greatly helping our business. In the peak months, we once had 7 construction tests in 10 consecutive days for Australia single market. We have been being the biggest sole China supplier for construction tradesmen / workers, TIG /MIG welders, interior workers for Australian market since 2005. In Australia, at least 60% of the Chinese construction workers, 457-visa welders, and Chinese chefs were recruited from us.

How we recruit?

Before forwarding CVs, we will ask employer to provide site photo, job description and related infos to understand workers’ working environment and employer's best fitted candidates.  We put more effort on the satisfactions after workers' arriving.

All candidates will go through on-site-test and face-to-face interview by employer before application and then Embassy background and experience checking for visa issuing.

We will also help candidates on documentation, orientation and travel arrangement.
